What materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize sustainable, high-quality materials including FSC-certified hardwoods, organic linens, and recycled metals to ensure longevity and a reduced environmental footprint.
How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 3-5 weeks for transit and assembly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Material ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period for all home accessories. For large furniture items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Most of our linens and cotton throws are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend dry cleaning for our wool blends and structured velvet cushions to maintain their shape.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Yes, we offer complimentary swatch kits for all our upholstery collections so you can experience the texture and color in your own lighting before making a decision.
